“Report this publication” is available on every existing publication page before the viewing password is entered. A specific publication URL is required.

What happens next

A report stores the publication reference, category, description, time, and optional email. Publication content is not copied into it. The operator reviews this metadata first and can quarantine the link without content preview. Inspection requires a separate, explicitly enabled operator command.
